Use the site email first. If you do not hear back, or if your message is about the operating company rather than the site's content, write to the operator email.
We reply within 3 working days. If answering properly means checking an official document or portal first, we will tell you that inside the same 3 working days rather than leaving you waiting.
What to write to us about
— Corrections — a date, fee, eligibility rule, deadline or procedure on this site that is wrong or out of date.
— Broken links — a link that leads nowhere, or an official portal link that has moved.
— Outdated exam information — anything still describing a previous JEE Main, JEE Advanced, JoSAA or CSAB cycle as current.
— Content suggestions — a question you could not get answered anywhere. Most of what we write started as somebody's unanswered question.
— Advertising and partnership enquiries.
Corrections
If you find something wrong on this site, email us and we will fix or remove it. You do not need to prove it or quote a policy. Tell us the page and what looks wrong, and we will check it against the official source. If we got it wrong, we correct the page, note the correction on it, and record it in our public corrections log. If we cannot verify a claim either way, we remove it rather than leave it standing. What we cannot do
We are not NTA, JoSAA, CSAB, or any IIT or NIT. We cannot check your application status, correct your form, recover a missed deadline, release a result, or influence a seat allotment. For anything official, contact the relevant body through its own portal.

JEE Help Center is operated by Gyaniversity Publications, an Indian educational publisher, India. Postal address available on request by email.
We do not publish a phone number and we do not operate a WhatsApp helpline. Email is the only way to reach us, and it is a real one.
